You can return non-damaged items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery, with a postage stamp. If the return is not due to our error, customers will be responsible for covering shipping costs both ways. myGeeko guarantees the safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. myGeeko reimburses the return shipping costs.

Contact us for a return authorization number within 5 days of delivery and return the products.

Product Warranty (defective/defective due to normal use)

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the product warranty is 6 months from the date of shipment.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Sent

myGeeko will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and return the products.

An item that does not match the description is defined as a significantly different specification or the appearance of the main product is very different from that indicated on the product page before ordering.

Refunds by Bank Transfer
